Terms & Conditions
Guests of the Oasis Beach Tower are kindly
requested to observe the following lease terms:
1) Please note the check-in time for all apartments is at 3pm, with
check-out at 11am on the day of departure.
2) Upon check-in, guests of the Oasis Beach Tower will be required
to provide a security deposit starting from AED 3,000, which will
be used only in the event that damages occur in the apartment
during the guests’ stay. At the same time, guests will
receive a registration card detailing the exact security deposit
procedure.
3) Please note that an inventory check will take place prior to
check-out from the apartment.
4) Pet Policy: Please note no pets are allowed.
5) Cancellation Policy: Cancellation required 3 days prior to
arrival to avoid penalties.
6) Guests are required to observe the following maximum occupancy
per apartment:
• Two bedroom apartment –
max 4 adults + 1 child + 1 infant
• Three bedroom apartment – max 6 adults + 1
child + 1 infant
• Four bedroom apartment – max 8 adults + 1
child + 1 infant

The additional bed for a child (below the age of 12) will be placed
in the spare room of each apartment (as all apartments have an
additional spare room, in addition of two, three or four bedrooms
with ensuite bathrooms) and baby cot (for infant) will be placed in
the master bedroom with parents.
