| | Player Registration | - All players participating in the youth league must have been entered on the registration sheet provide by ourselves.
- All players must have the passport copy box ticked before entering the field of play.
- No player can play for 2 Youth League teams in one season unless we have an agreement from both managers involved and the Jebel Ali International youth league.
| | Team Registration | - All team fees must be paid for on or before the 1st day of the season
- All details on registration sheet must be filled to make registration valid
- If a team is unable to fulfill a fixture due to a school trip or school tournament only, they must notify Jebel Ali International Centre Of Excellence Youth League in writing 5 days before the game i.e. no later than the Monday before a Saturday match, failure to do so will result in the fixture being awarded to the opposing team with the Jebel Ali International(Jebel Ali International) Youth League deciding on the appropriate score line.
- Teams can only ask for a maximum of one fixture per season to be rearranged and other fixtures they are unable to fulfill will be awarded to the opposing team.
- Jebel Ali International Centre of Excellence cannot be held financially liable incase of Team “A" failing to fulfill a fixture against Team “B” after fixtures have been issued, Team “B” however do have the right to use to the pitch at the given time of the fixture to play a friendly or a training session.
- Players cannot play for more than one team within the same age group in the same season unless the Jebel Ali International Youth League receive written confirmation from both managers that they have no objections and only then after the Jebel Ali International Youth League decide that it is in the best interests of fair play can the player transfer.
- Teams proved to be fielding any overage player/s will automatically have that game awarded to the opposing team by a score line the Jebel Ali International Youth League deems appropriate.
- The Jebel Ali International Youth League hold the right to ban any player, official or supporter from attending matches.
- Any player sent off will have their suspension imposed by the Jebel Ali International Youth League dependant on the seriousness of the incident but all sending off’s will incur at least a one game ban which will take place the following game.
- Normal football rules apply apart from where stated.

Under 8’s (7 or under as of 31st of August 2008) - 6 a side
- 4 subs max roll on roll off
- Opposing team cannot be inside the half of the team who are taking their goal kicks (place kicks-off the floor)
- 3 x 10 minutes
- Team fees will be 240 dhs per match payable as full amount when the amount of fixtures is known
- No offside
Under 10’s (9 or under as of 31st of August 2008) - 8 side
- 4 subs max roll on roll off
- 3 x 12 minutes
- Team Fees will be 300dhs dhs per match payable as full amount when the amount of fixtures is known
- No offside
Under 12’s (11 or under as of 31st August 2008) - 8 side
- 4 subs max roll on roll off
- 3 x 15 minutes
- Team Fees will be 300dhs dhs per match payable as full amount when the amount of fixtures is known
- No offside
Under 14’s (13 or under as of 31st August 2008) - 11 aside
- 5 subs max per team, 5 interchanges max per match. (a player may return to the field after being subbed off)
- 2 x 30 minutes
- Team Fees will be 450 dhs per match payable as full amount when the amount of fixtures is known
- Linesman must be supplied by each team for every game
Under 16’s - 11 aside
- 5 subs max per team, 5 interchanges max per match. (a player may return to the field after being subbed off)
- 2 x 35 minutes
- Linesman must be supplied by each team for every game
- Team Fees will be 450 dhs per match payable as full amount when the amount of fixtures is known
- Linesman must be supplied by each team for every game
