Join Guest Chef, Stefan Karlsson as he Cooks up a Storm Onboard Floating Restaurant, DiVAZ

Special guest and Michelin Star Chef, Stefan Karlsson is joining the team at Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa for a special event where he will serve an appetizing 4-course meal to guests onboard DiVAZ, the resort’s own funky floating venue.
Stefan currently owns and runs Restaurant Fond in Gothenburg, Sweden where he works with fresh and local produce to prepare dishes steeped in Swedish tradition yet with a modern and simple flare. His speciality dishes for DiVAZ include smoke-marinated salmon, panko-style langoustines, sugar fried lamb with seasonal vegetables, finishing off with baked milk chocolate served with caramel apple, sorbet and almond crunch.
Stefan is proud of many worthwhile achievements including a Michelin star, country representation as well as cooking for royal events and Noble Peace Prize Dinners. He is now looking forward to the challenge of preparing his exquisite menu in the galley kitchen onboard DiVAZ.
